Description

The low-vibration AC speed modulation motor is a power unit designed for stable operation and controllable speed. Structurally, optimized electromagnetic ratios and rotor dynamic balance parameters maintain low vibration amplitude across high, medium, and low speed ranges. The motor's internal stator slot design improves magnetic field distribution, reducing mechanical vibration caused by electromagnetic pulsation at its source. The rotor surface undergoes fine machining, reducing eccentricity and improving overall balance during rotation, resulting in stable dynamic performance during continuous operation.
The motor housing is made of high-density cast material or aluminum alloy, with an internal heat dissipation structure to facilitate efficient heat dissipation. Combined with a high-temperature resistant insulation system and reinforced bearings, the motor maintains stable mechanical support and low noise levels even under prolonged speed regulation. Effective vibration control slows bearing wear, further extending the overall lifespan of the machine and making it easier to maintain process precision even at high speeds.
