Description

This flexibly configurable micro motor, based on the 5IK structure design, boasts a rated power of 120W, providing ample power reserve while maintaining a compact size. It is suitable for automated equipment requiring both stability and a compact structure. Supporting a wide voltage range of 110–380V, it can operate normally in various power supply environments, reducing dependence on power conditions and facilitating direct integration in different regions and industrial platforms. The motor can be paired with gearboxes ranging from 3–200K, allowing for flexible adjustment of output speed and torque by changing the reduction ratio. This ensures suitable power performance under different operating conditions and achieves a more balanced transmission effect through proper configuration.
The internal induction structure ensures smooth starting and minimal vibration during operation, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation or rhythmic processes. The optimized winding layout improves heat dissipation efficiency, maintaining a relatively stable temperature rise level during long-term operation, thus enhancing durability. Its compact housing design with multiple pre-reserved mounting positions makes the motor more adaptable to various installation environments, facilitating integration into equipment with complex mechanical structures or limited space. The optional gearbox is composed of precision-machined gears that mesh smoothly, ensuring a relatively uniform force distribution during power transmission and maintaining relatively good transmission stability even under high deceleration conditions.
