Description

The standard AC brake motor is a basic drive product designed for general industrial automation applications, emphasizing balanced performance, clear selection options, and long-term operational reliability. This model utilizes a 4RK motor structure, achieving a reasonable balance between power output and braking performance based on mature electromagnetic design and mechanical structure. With a rated power of 25W, it meets the drive requirements of most small and medium-sized equipment under continuous operation and intermittent start-stop conditions, making it suitable as a general-purpose actuator in various automation systems.
This standard AC brake motor supports a wide voltage input range of 110V–380V, allowing for flexible application in different power supply environments and reducing selection limitations due to voltage differences, facilitating equipment deployment in different markets and application scenarios. The built-in braking mechanism acts quickly upon power failure or shutdown, providing a stable braking torque to effectively maintain the load position and prevent displacement caused by inertia or external forces, thereby improving the safety and controllability of the overall system operation.
This product can be matched with a reduction ratio range of 3–180K, allowing for flexible configuration based on the different speed and torque requirements of the equipment. By rationally selecting the reduction ratio, the motor can output effective torque suitable for actual working conditions while ensuring smooth operation, meeting the needs of various basic automation applications such as conveying, positioning, and pushing/pulling.
